Artikel 6 - Mängelhaftung; Verschlechterung des KAUFGEGENSTANDES zwischen Vertragsabschluss und Besitzübergang; Haftung für Altlasten; Scha¬densersatz aus sonstigem Rechtsgrund
6-1 Mängelhaftung
6.1.1 Beide VERKÄUFER haften für ungehinderten Übergang von Eigentum und mittelba¬
rem Besitz sowie für Freiheit des KAUFGEGENSTANDES von allen aus dem Grund¬
buch ersichtlichen Belastungen, soweit diese nicht in diesem Vertrag übernommen
werden und ausgenommen solcher Belastungen, die mit Zustimmung des KÄUFERS
zur Eintragung kommen.
Für die Freiheit des KAUFGEGENSTANDES von im Grundbuch nicht eingetragenen altrechtlächen Dienstbarkeiten und sonstigen nicht eingetragenen, derzeit bestehen¬den Belastungen, wird eine Gewähr von den VERKÄUFERN nicht übernommen. Die VERKÄUFER erklären, dass ihnen derartige Belastungen nicht bekannt sind.
Bestehen bleiben dürfen und vom KÄUFER, unter Eintritt in alie sich aus den ihrer Eintragung zugrunde liegenden Bewilligungen und Vereinbarungen ergebenden Ver¬pflichtungen, zur weiteren Duldung und Erfüllung übernommen werden sämtliche im Grundbuch eingetragenen Belastungen (Artikel 1 Ziffer 1.1 und 1.2 dieser Urkunde) sowie etwaige Baulasten. Der KÄUFER tritt insbesondere in alle schuldrechtlichen Verpflichtungen aus den diesen Belastungen zu Grunde liegenden und dem KÄU¬FER inhaltlich bekannten Bewilligungen und Vereinbarungen ein (unter entsprechen¬der Weitergabeverpflichtung für jeden Fall des Weiterverkaufs des KAUGEGENS¬TANDES) und stellt die VERKÄUFER insoweit von Ansprüchen Dritter frei.
6.1.2 Der KÄUFER hat den KAUFGEGENSTAND besichtigt, er erwirbt diesen im gegen¬
wärtigen (gebrauchten) Zustand. Die VERKÄUFER haben dem KÄUFER die in der
Anlage 6.1.2 aufgeführten Dokumente, nachstehend als „UNTERLAGEN" bezeich¬
net, übergeben.

6-1 Liability for Defects
6.1.1 Both SELLERS are liable for unchecked passing of property and indirect possession free of all the liabilities entered in the land registry of the OBJECT OF PURCHASE, unless specifically otherwise provided herein and with the exception of the liabilities entered into with the permit of the BUYER.
For the release of the OBJECT OF PURCHASE of servitude not registered in the land register, old-juridical and other not registered, charges existing now, no guarantee shall be reassigned from the SELLERS. THE SELLERS declare that they are not aware of such charges.
Existence may remain and all related charges registered in the land register (Article 1 figure 1.1 and 1.2 of this document) as well as any public easements arising out of the permits and agreements in effect shall be taken over by the BUYER. The BUYER enters in particular into all contractual liabilities arising from these charges and the permits and agreements contents of which are known to the BUYER (provided the corresponding liability may be passed on, in the case of the resale of the OBJECT OF PURCHASE) and releases the SELLERS in this respect from claims of third parties.
6.1.2 The BUYER has visited the OBJECT OF PURCHASE, it acquires this in the present (used) state. The SELLERS have passed to the BUYER the documents listed in Layout 6.1.2, to be referred hereinafter as "DOCUMENTS".

Allophan ist ein eher seltenes, wasserhaltiges Mineral aus der Mineralklasse der Silikate, genauer ein Schichtsilikat und bildet zusammen mit den Mineralen Hisingerit, Imogolith, Neotokit, Odinit und Sturtit die Allophangruppe.
Es kristallisiert amorph mit der chemischen Formel x Al2O3 • y SiO2 • z H2O wobei die Variablen x und y im Verhältnis 1:1 stehen.
Die Molekülgruppen Aluminiumoxid, Siliziumdioxid und Wasser kommen in unterschiedlichen Gehalt en vor.
Allophan bildet kleine, traubige Aggregate in den Farben weiß, grau, bläulich, grünlich und braun.
Es besitzt wegen vieler Hohlräume und dem hohen Wassergehalt eine sehr geringe Dichte (Trockenrohdichte allophanhaltiger Böden < 0,9 g/cm³).

Allophane is a rather rare, water-containing mineral from the mineral class of the silicates, more exactly a layer silicate and forms together with the minerals Hisingerite, Imogolith, Neotokite, Odinite and Sturtite the Allophane group.
It crystallizes amorphous with the chemical formula x Al2O3 y SiO2 z H2O where variables x and y in comparison stand in the ratio of 1:1.
The molecule groups like Aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide and water happen in different ratios.
Allophane forms small, grapy aggregates in the colors white, gray, bluish, greenish and brown.
It has because of many hollow cavities and the high water content, a very low density (dry density of allophane containing bottoms < 0.9g / cm³).
