Nostro balances in the Spectrum Analytic blotters can represent both cash balances and realized P&L depending on the blotter display. The derivation of the nostro balance is dependent on the blotter display. For example the Cash Flow display is intended to provide currency balances by value date for the purposes of cash management. In this case the nostro balances are derived from all settled cash flows and represent true cash balances. The Net Position display, on the other hand, is intended to provide both position and profit and loss reporting. For some trade types, total P&L may consist of both unrealized and realized components. The nostro balances in the Net Position display reflect the realized components of trade P&L. This method of nostro derivation differs from that of the Cash Flow blotter in that not all settled cash flows are included the nostro balances upon cash flow value date. The proposed Business Combination will lead to a decrease in the Tier 1 capital ratio of the XXX Group, unless the XXX Group and/or the YYY Group succeed in improving their Tier 1 capital ratios prior to the consummation of the Business Combination. Such improvement will require the XXX Group and/or the YYY Group to increase their regulatory capital and/or optimize risk-weighted assets. There can be no guarantee that the XXX Group or the YYY Group will be successful in doing so. Internal Control - Integrated Framework, which continues to stand the test of time, serves as the broadly accepted standard for satisfying those reporting requirements.
This Enterprise Risk Management - Integrated Framework expands on internal control, providing a more robust and extensive focus on the broader subject of enterprise risk management. While it is not intended to and does not replace the internal control framework, but rather incorporates the internal control framework within it, companies may decide to look to this enterprise risk management framework both to satisfy their internal control needs and to move toward a fuller risk management process.

Estimates of risk likelihood and impact often are determined using data from past observable events, which provide a more objective basis than entirely subjective estimates. Ze względu na różnorodność elektronicznych instrumentów płatniczych nie jest możliwe sformułowanie jednakowych zasad potwierdzania transakcji dla wszystkich instrumentów. Dlatego też umowa podpisana z posiadaczem musi określać sposób potwierdzania transakcji. Posiadaczowi karty nie zostaną z zasady naliczone żadne opłaty w sytuacji, gdy karta nie została fizycznie okazana, posiadacz nie został zidentyfikowany elektronicznie lub gdy nie złożył własnego podpisu na potwierdzeniu obciążenia (z zastrzeżeniem sytuacji opisanej poniżej). Problem korupcji jest zjawiskiem powszechnym, odzwierciedlającym specyfikę czasów. Nasilenie występowania tego zjawiska zwiększa się szczególnie w okresach przejściowych.
Korupcja jest wypadkową możliwych do osiągnięcia korzyści, zakresu uznaniowości oraz mechanizmów rozliczania z odpowiedzialności – monitoringu. Rozprzestrzenia się tam, gdzie benefity są wysokie, kompetencje uznaniowe szerokie a systemy sprawozdawczości i monitoringu słabe.
Korupcja oddziałuje na szereg sfer życia publicznego psując i osłabiając państwo przede wszystkim poprzez eliminację wartości etycznych z życia publicznego, podważając zasady demokratycznego porządku. Ma również niszczący wpływ na takie funkcje władzy jak zarządzanie makroekonomiczne, osiąganie wydajności gospodarki.

The problem of widespread corruption is reflecting the peculiarity of times we live in. The incidence of this crime is increasing in periods of transition.
Corruption is the outcome of achievable benefits, the scope of discretional powers and accountability mechanisms – or monitoring. It is flourishing wherever benefits are high, discretional powers wide and reporting/monitoring systems deficient.
Corruption affects several areas of public life, spoiling and weakening the state, primarily by depriving public life of ethical values and undermining the principles of democracy. In addition, corruption adversely affects such governmental functions as macroeconomic management and improvements in overall efficiency of the economy.
As pointed out in the doctrine: “It impairs the governance of law, fiscal discipline, respect of contractual obligations, public order and, eventually, the legitimacy of the government.” It represents a direct threat to the foundations of the public order”.
The World Bank defines corruption as the abuse of public office for gaining personal benefits.
The system of public procurement is of high importance from the perspective of combating the crime of corruption in the economy.
Public procurement laws are intended to ensure that business transactions financed from public funds are transparent and impartial, that the principles of fair competition and equal treatment of vendors are respected and public funds are properly managed.
