1.1. The Price shall include all taxes, insurance, transportation from origin to the final destination and other such levies payable in accordance with law and regulations, which are effective 7 days prior to the deadline for the submission of bids. The price shall not include Mongolian VAT and custom taxes. The Bidder shall indicate on the appropriate Price Schedule the unit price, total price per item, the total amount and the expected countries of origin of the Goods to be supplied under the Contract. Your price should include all taxes and shipment cost to Ulaanbaatar. We should quote on CIF Ulaanbaatar basis.
1.2. The Goods are grouped in a single bid package and the bid package shall not be divided into sub-packages for the purpose of bidding.
1.3. Prices indicated on the Price Schedule shall be entered separately in the following manner:
(a) For Goods to be offered from outside of Mongolia:
1. the price of the Goods shall be quoted CIP border point, or CIP named place of destination;
1.4. Prices quoted by the Bidder shall be fixed and valid until completion of the Contract performance and not subject to variation on any account except as provided for in Clause 3.2 of the GCC, or if applicable, adjustments authorized in accordance with the price adjustment provisions specified in the SCC. 1.1. Цена должна включать все налоги, страховые расходы, расходы на транспортировку от места происхождения товара до пункта назначения, и прочие налоги и сборы, уплачиваемые в соответствии с законодательством, действительным за 7 дней до истечения срока подачи заявок. Цена не должна включать НДС и таможенные пошлины, установленные на территории Монголии. В шкале цен участник должен указать цену за единицу товара, итоговую цену товарной позиции, общую сумму и предполагаемую страну происхождения товаров, поставляемых по контракту. Ваша цена должна включать все налоги и стоимость транспортировки до Улан-Батора. Мы работаем на условиях CIF Улан-Батор
1.2. Товары должны быть объединены в единый тендерный пакет, который не подлежит дальнейшему разделению для участия в торгах.
1.3. Цены, приведенные в шкале цен, должны быть указаны следующим образом:
(a) Для товаров, поставляемых из других стран, кроме Монголии:
1. цена на товары должна быть на условиях CIP на границе или на условиях CIP пункт назначения;
1.4. Цены, указанные участником, должны быть фиксированными и действительными до окончания срока исполнения обязательств по контракту. 3. Наконечники на концах полотна антенны закрепить на уголках поз.16 обеспечив надежный электрический контакт, см.А(2), Б(2).
4. К скобе на перемычке полотна антенны через такелажную скобу закрепить коуш снижения полотна антенны и закрепить конец с наконечником, обеспечив надежный электрический контакт, см. Д(2).
5. К коушам полотна антенны через изоляторы присоединить натяжные троса поз.9,10. Натяжные троса пропустить через соответствующие блоки подвеса антенны.
6. Усилие натяжения полотна антенны должно быть 50…60 кгс. Усилие натяжения снижения антенны должно быть 10…15 кгс.
7. Свободные концы натяжных тросов пропустить через ролики поз.14, закрепленные через скобы такелажные поз.46 со скобами на металлоконструкциях судна. Натянуть полотно антенны, обеспечивая требуемое натяжение, и зафиксировать с помощью зажимов троса поз.42. Остатки троса закрепить на «утках» (скобы) проволокой, см.Е(3), Ж(3).
8. Паять припоем ПОС40 ГОСТ 21931-76 бескислотным способом.
9. Место расположения изолятора снижения и длина снижения определяется при проектировании размещения радиомаячного оборудования на объекте и согласовывается с «XXX».

4. Fix the thimble of the flat top downlead to the shackle on the flat top jumper through the D-shackle and fix the end tip to provide safe electric contact, see. Д(2).
5. Attach the pulling wires pos.9, 10 to the thimbles of the antenna flat top through the insulators. Put the pulling wires through the appropriate units of the antenna suspension.
6. Tensioning of the antenna flat top is 50…60 kilogram-force. Tensioning of the antenna flat top downlead is 10…15 kilogram-force.
7. Put the free ends of the pulling wires through the rollers pos.14, fixed through the D-shackles pos. 46 to the shackles of the metal structures on the vessel. Extend the antenna flat top to provide necessary tension and fix it with wire rope grips pos. 42. Fix the rest of the wire rope on the “cleats” (shackles) with wire, see Е (3), Ж (3).
8. Solder with solder ПОС 40 GOST 21931-76, acid-free.
9. Position of the downlead insulator and the downlead length are determined at the stage of the layout design and approved by “XXX”.
