Commissioning refers to the initial production of the Contract Equipment with raw materials and utilities.

Contract Price means the price payable to the Seller under the Contract for full and proper performance of contractual obligations, of which are specified in Article 3 of the Contract.

Inspection Authorities refers to the local inspection branch of the State General Administration of the Peoples Republic of China for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) located at / near the Port of unloading and / or the Job Site

Installation refers to the erection work including assembly, connecting and placing the parts to its position according to the design drawings of all the Contract Equipment.

Job Site means the place where the Contract Equipment is located.

Performance Test means the test conducted pursuant to Chapter 4 under technical Appendix 2, in order to examine whether the Contract Equipment have achieved the technical performance and guarantee indices.
技术文件指技术指标、规格、图纸以及与卖方提供合同设备的设计、检验、安装、试车、性能考核、操作和维修相关的文件详见附件3。
Technical Documentation means the technical indices, specifications, drawings and document related to design, inspection, installation, Test Run, Commissioning, Performance Test, operation and maintenance of the Contract Equipment to be delivered by the Seller, details of which is specified in Appendix 3.

Gleichzeig werden Licht und Luft eingegeben und Temperatur von 35-42 Celsius und Tropftempo von ca. 8-9 Stunden gesteuert. Wenn Temperatur zu hoch ist dann ist die Substanzen-Verlust zu gross. Wenn Temperatur zu niedrig ist dann ist die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit zu langsam. Die Tropfen – Geschwindigkeit spielt eine wichtige Rolle. Falls es zu schnell ist, reagiert das System nicht. Im diesem Fall kann ein senkender PH-Wert verursacht werden. Das heisst: ein PH-Wert von ca. 6.4 kann nicht erreicht werden.

Arzneimittel auf Heilpflanzen-Basis sind bei Ärzten und Patienten in Deutschland in den vergangenen Jahren immer beliebter geworden. Knapp drei Viertel der Kunden greifen inzwischen zu einem Naturheilmittel, wenn sie in der Apotheke ein nicht verschreibungspflichtiges Medikament kaufen. 2006 gingen so genannte Phytopharmaka im Wert von fast zwei Milliarden Euro über die Ladentische der Apotheken - knapp ein Drittel des Gesamtumsatzes an rezeptfreien Arzneimitteln. Entsprechend hoch ist der Bedarf an Heilpflanzen - an deren Blättern, Blüten, Stengeln, Wurzeln oder Samen.

Drugs made from medicinal plants have become ever more popular among doctors and patients in Germany in recent years. Around 75 percent of customers in German pharmacies reach for a natural product when they buy non-prescription medications. In 2006, so-called phytopharmaceuticals accounted for around 2 billions euros worth of revenue, or about a third of the total revenue in non-prescription medications. That translates into a high demand for the raw materials for these products -- medicinal plants and their leaves, flowers, roots and seeds.
