Educational Background:
I studied Literature & Linguistics at the University of Osnabrück, Germany, for one year before deciding to move to England. I studied History of Art and Italian at the University of Leicester with English and French as minor subjects. I was awarded a BA (Hons) Degree in Combined Arts and spent another year in the UK working for two major airlines.
Work Experience:
I worked in Travel & Tourism for more than 13 years, as well as in Customer Relations, as a secretary and in-house translator. My work experience allowed me to gain valuable knowledge in some of my areas of expertise.
