制 80000 台运输汽车，同时经营着欧洲最大汽车零售店及家居五金店，其在物
流软件开发具有独特的优势，其强大的物流软件系统使之服务于欧洲各个国家，
以及澳大利亚、新西兰等，全世界拥有员工约 10000 人，仅去年在中国采购业务
达 30 亿人民币。
经甲、乙双方广泛深入的沟通、协商,双方本着平等自愿、互利共赢的经甲、乙

BBBB advances in logistic software writing, which makes their service spread out in countries in Europe, Australia and New Zealand, with 10,000 employees. Last year, their purchases in China totaled more than 300 Million RMB.
4. Based on in-depth communication and negotiation between Party A and Party B, under the principle of mutual benefit, equality and free will, the issues of the opening of Party B’s head office and the investment in an industrial zone in China were concluded as follows:

I had professional translation and intepreting training in Newcastle University further studied technical translation and simultaneous interpreting.
