Translate also Patents in Mechanical, Metallurgy, and Electronics areas. Translate Software Patents and Business Patents. File Wrappers, Prosecution Histories, Filings, Briefs, and Pleadings. Export-Import and Antidumping. Countervailing Duty Practice. Protests. Antitrust and Business Torts. Solid background in literature ensures also crisp translation of marketing and sales documents. Translation of literary materials, literary criticism, scholarly papers in literature, semiotics, hermaneutics, and metaphysics. Translation of infant and childrens books.
MY WORK APPROACH AND BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
I believe in the principle of collective creativity. Thus I work best with freelancers and agencies who are able to work collaboratively to achieve best results. When we work collaboratively, we are able to provide the end customer with finished product that goes through multiple reviews. Both agencies and myself can make mistakes, but when we work together, we end up delivering the best products.
I also believe in being paid on time for timely delivery. Good delivery and good payment practices are the basis for good cooperation. Agencies who intend to convert my work without paying for it, need not apply for my services. I welcome working with agencies who believe in cooperation and collaboration and good business practices. BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Born New York, New York. Raised in Shiraz, Iran - parents involved in WHO, tropical and 3rd world diseases, geographic medicine. Traveled to more than 40 countries. High School Matura in Vienna, Austria. University Studies in the United States at Virginia Commonwealth University, the University of Texas at Austin, the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University School of Law and the Bloustein School of Public Policy and Planning at Rutgers University. Law Clerk at the United States Court of International Trade. Several Years with Law Firms and In-House as attorney in International Practice. Supervised and Managed Multi-National Litigation and Cross-Border Negotiations.
Currently reside with wife and son in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
