Your Permanent Residency Application Needs
XYZ International has designed a unique program to help meet the financial needs of permanent residency applicants, making it possible for our investors to pursue travel and business interests internationally while leading a comfortable life.
Lately, due to recent changes in immigration laws, it is much more difficult to gain permanent residency compared to just a few years ago. Although we have had to modify our program to stay in line with these new laws, our services ensure that you will be able to gain permanent residency status in a relatively short time. The investment vehicles we offer through our firm can legally be pursued while your residency application process is still pending.
First, XYZ International will introduce to you an investment property that you can invest in. This investment property is an open lot that can be developed into a street storefront business property and therefore you would not be investing in it as a regular investment property; rather, the property would fall under the Immigration Bureau’s classification of a business with risks. If you are able to invest a minimum of $1,000,000, you will automatically be allowed to apply for a green card. If you are unable to meet that minimum but can invest between $250,000 and $1,000,000, the American Embassy can then issue you an E-Type Visa so that you can start up your business. To recap, this process begins when you invest in an open lot of real estate property with the intent to build and operate your own business on that land. This is a legitimate and legal strategy because you are building a business from the ground up and it would therefore become necessary for you to obtain permanent residency so that you can live in America to maintain and run your business. The properties we offer are typically business opportunities like ice cream shops, deli stores, and gas stations, all of which can be operated with a minimum of payroll being paid out to part-time employees. (Under current law, a business having more than 10 employees meets these investment requirements.) As the registered owner on the business, you can accomplish your goal of becoming a permanent resident.
Because we handle the search for an appropriate investment property and help you to build on it, you would not need to be involved in the usual hassles of an independent investor or business owner. Currently, we are asking clients to invest a minimum amount ranging between $250,000 and $1,000,000, but the investment amount can vary depending on the size of the business. Hello!
I was born to Japanese parents who emigrated to the US in the 1960's. I've known Japanese all my life, and most people who hear me speak for the first time mistake me for a Japanese national. However, I've only actually lived in Japan a grand total of 9 months, when I was an exchange student in 1994!
My unique background in English and Creative Writing gives me an edge as a translator and interpreter because I know many colloquialism and slang phrases that Japan-born translators wouldn't be familiar with, and I am familiar with American pop culture, music and entertainment.
