Turnaround time:
a. For 20 pages (about 5000 words):
- 2 days if the translation will be assigned to a single translator;
- same day, if the translation will be assigned to more than one translators (in such a case, we take all the appropriate measures to assure the homogeneity of the text)
b. For 100 pages (about 25000 words):
- 10 days if the translation will be assigned to a single translator;
- 3 days, if the translation will be assigned to a maximum of 5 translators (in such a case, we take all the appropriate measures to assure the homogeneity of the text)
c. For 500 pages (about 125000 words):
- 50 days if the translation will be assigned to a single translator;
- 18 days, if the translation will be assigned to a maximum of 5 translators (in such a case, we take all the appropriate measures to assure the homogeneity of the text)

a. Strict criteria on selection of our translators, such as:
- Translate only into their native language
- Are academically and industrially qualified in the area of their expertise
- Are members of qualified translation associations such as the American Translators Association, the Institute of Linguists (UK), etc.
- Living in-country, where this is possible, so as the translator is in touch with the spirit and culture of the local society, together with the evolving nature of language.
b. For a particular project, we ask 3 of our translators to translate the same sample, and another translator evaluates the 3 translated samples and selects the most appropriate. After the translation is finished, a second translator reviews it and proofreads it.
c. Translated texts are saved in different file formats including MS Word and Adobe Acrobat.
d. Investment in training of our personnel and associates
