Services required: Translation, Checking/editing

I am a translator from Argentina [HIDDEN] profile: [HIDDEN] and I am in need of an English to Dutch translator for a long-term project about Alarms & Security Sistems. Please see as follows:

These are the basics:

Volumes: On paper, A 3 year project with an estimated 500.000 words per year
Field of expertise: Security Systems, Electronic Alarms
Services needed: Translation + Editing (performed by a second specialized
translator). We need two separate zip files, one for translation and one for editing with revision bars on
Cat Tool required: Trados 5.5. - 100% matches and Repetions are only paid for editing. All other fuzzy match categories are, for now, paid at full price.

Being this a long term project our client asked us a
special deal as far as rates is concerned, so our budget is rather limited.
I'd like to know

1. If you have reliable Eng>Dutch translators and/or in this field

2. If you may be interested in performing translation , editing or both (two different translators)

3. what best rate you could provide for each service taking into account the long term cooperation.
