One thing is for sure, I have never regretted my membership: the forums contain a wealth of extremely useful information and colleagues are always willing to help with advice; the Blue Board has saved me from making bad business decisions on at least two occasions - saving me hundreds if not thousands of Euros and countless hours of lost time; both organizing and attending powwows has allowed me to meet some incredible people and build a strong network. Avant tout, ProZ représente pour moi une plate-forme d’échanges internationale permettant de côtoyer d’autres traducteurs via les forums et les formations –je pense notamment au France Regional Event- . J’apprécie également la possibilité de pouvoir obtenir des informations sur les agences de traduction et les donneurs d’ordre en général grâce au Blue Board (certes non exhaustif, mais ô combien utile !), et de l’aide en cas de besoin avec les KudoZ. De plus, grâce à ProZ, j’ai trouvé un client avec lequel je travaille régulièrement : espérons que cela ne soit que le début d’une longue série !...
