that is the latin for both terms, it is accepted worldwide but in Spanish you could also say:

administración oral, 1 por día

The abbreviations p.o. and q.d. are accepted and acknowledged without translation, around the world. Don\'t translate them...
However, if you don\'t know how to translate these very simple medical terms, how on earth are you going to manage to translate a 325,000 word project?
