Creo que se refiere a este tipo de andador.

Andador que se sitúa posterior con respecto al cuerpo y al sentido de la marcha. Este andador dispone de una clavija en las ruedas delanteras para bloquear la dirección y circular en línea recta; además, las ruedas traseras llevan un mecanismo antiretroceso. Puede regular en altura las empuñaduras donde están los frenos del andador. Es plegable. También dispone de un pequeño asiento.

These sturdy reverse walkers have three horizontal bars behind the user to provide added stability. The upper most bar intentionally strikes the hip extensors during single limb stance and facilitates extension on the weight bearing side.
