Disorder= chaos (بے ترتیب، ابتر، منتشر), confusion (پریشانی، گھبراہٹ، الجھاؤ، ذہنی فتور)
If context is social subject, then it may be منتشر شخصیت (disorder personality)
If context is medical subject, then it should be ذہنی ابتری، دماغی خلل (confused mind, mental disorder).
