German to English translations [PRO] Medical - Medical: Dentistry
German term or phrase:unmittelbar
Die Diagnose ergab eine Fraktur des palatinalen Teils der klinischen Krone an Zahn 15. Diese Fraktur war unmittelbar auf der Resie erfolgt, der stark bewegliche frakturierte Anteil hing noch lose an Gingiva und Knochen.
This is from a medical report accompanying an invoice for an insurance claim. I'm not sure of the correct translation for 'unmittelbar' here. I think it means it only happened on the journey and not afterwards or before but how do I express that?
