Explanation:
"Cortical hypercaptation" is pretty straightforward problem. I don't think there is a more common word for hypercaptation. My doubt is the "wheel-type" part. I did find a reference to a wheel image on a scintillogram. Maybe "rotating"? Spinning? I've seen how these images are formed, and this could possibly make sense. Any experts out there?

Yes, apparently is gyral cortical exists (with hyphen, slash, or no punctuation). I still stand by hypercaptation, which has 1001 hits on Google, vs. zero for \"hyper-capture\".
