Spanish term or phrase: traducción de nombres propios de instituciones
Hola,
puede sonar simple, pero siempre que me enfrento a estos términos se me plantea la duda de traducirlos o dejarlos como están.

En este caso me refiero a Hospital Universitario X, Comunidad de Madrid y Salud Madrid en un informe médico de español a inglés.

Muchas veces los propios organismos tienen traducido su nombre al inglés (en la web, en documentos, etc.). Si es el caso, utiliza el mismo nombre con el que se autodenominan. Si el cambio es escaso (ej. Hospital Reina Sofía por Reina Sofía Hospital) no haría falta indicar el original entre paréntesis.
