Igualmente los estados tienen sus sistema judicial, son tribunales estatales o en México "del fuero común".

Yo entiendo que "in good standing with the bar" significa que el abogado en cuestión no tiene deudas con respecto a sus cuotas de afiliación al colegio de abogados en el cual está inscri(p)to/registrado.

Para mí, "United States court" es "tribunal federal".

En Venezuela decimos "abogado solvente con el colegio de abogados"; entiendo que otros países dicen "barra".
