En la página del Ministerio de la Presidencia, el término aparece en inglés. Yo también creo que es mejor no traducirlo, hay cargos que no tienen equivalente en español (como es el caso) y, de traducirlo, perdería su referente cultural (al igual que tampoco tenemos un equivalente exacto para Queen's Bench Division... y tantos otros órganos jurídicos).
