En un texto que habla de la preparación de pan aparece este término en medio del texto en español. Pensé que ya estaba en inglés, pero esa palabra parece no existir. ¿Alguna sugerencia?

agree  Margaret Schroeder: I think you've got it. I was thinking "puffer" and "fluffer" but yours makes much more sense. Justification: By simply confusing the first "R" with "L" and pronouncing "pluffer" like a Spanish-speaker, voila! "pluffer"= "proofer".
