AT: almen tilstand
ET: ernæringstilstand

"Allgemeinbefinden" kann z.B. als "Allg. Bef." abgekürzt werden. Eine gängige Abkürzung für "Ernährungssituation" fällt mir im Moment leider nicht ein. Vielleicht kann da wer anderer weiterhelfen.
