This is from an in-company training document that discusses MbO and employee appraisals. I used "employee appraisal" for "Mitarbeiterbewertung" but was wondering if there is a specific management term for the Gespräch. Employee talk/discussion doesn't sound right. Maybe "interview"? Or "dialogue"?
