Es geht um E.ON und deren Präsenz auf dem Weltmarkt sowie um ihre Arbeitgebermarke. Ich habe mit dem "proposition" ein Problem, weil es sich hier doch nicht um ein Angebot handeln kann...oder doch?
Ich gebe den ganzen Absatz an - für den Zusammenhang:

In this guide, we have focused on three key audiences: graduates, engineers and commercial professionals. It is designed, however, to be used for all forms of employee communications across every area of E.ON. We have created a *proposition* that is strong enough and flexible enough to work for electricians in Sweden just as well as finance professionals in Germany or call centre staff in the UK. And this guide should be used for internal audiences as well as external ones.
