Пожалуйста, помогите перевести сабж в таком контексте:

For all the tasks and services carried out in accordance with the terms of the present contract, the AGENCY will receive, subject to the provisions hereafter, remuneration calculated on the basis of the amount of Media expenditure net-net in the Territory (defined as the net amount of purchase of Media space obtained after deducting from the gross rate all taxes, reductions, discounts, incentives, commissions, allowances, rebates ,value of free space and other benefits, immediate or deferred, direct or indirect) paid by the ADVERTISER for the Products for the considered period, at the following rates:
- for tasks and services relating to the purchase of advertising space, the remuneration will be x% of the amount of Media expenditure net-net
- for tasks and services relating to media counselling, the remuneration will be x% of the amount of Media expenditure net-net.
