Устоявшегося перевода, к сожалению, не существует, как минимум (Одесса есть Одесса), по двум причинам:

-во-первых, это теперь не институт, а Одесский Национальный Университет (надо же, всё-таки есть она одесская национальность !);
- во-вторых, перевод названия ордена Трудового Красного Знамени за все годы советской власти так, видимо, и не устоялся - я выбрал вариант, предложенный Музеем Ленина в Москве - уж там-то должны знать лучше ...:
