This is from two separate 8 line extracts of a Dutch death register. I am not sure what is meant by vrijstelling: pensionen and vrijstelling: sociale doeleinden.

Could it mean that one extract is for the purpose of pensions and the other for the purpose of some social reasons?

I am suggesting waiver (in the sense of waiver of contributions) because of the sociale doeleinden that follows. Because of the lack of context, there is no way at all to be certain so am listing lowest confidence level, a guess. Not a wild guess but a complete guess nonetheless.
