Heeft iemand deze term wel eens vertaald?
Explanation: work roster you can also call it a 'task roster', and sometimes you get 'work roster of rotating tasks". I think it doesn't really matter: 'roster' conveys the meaning

Ik redeneer dat, wanneer je het hebt over een overzicht van arbeidstijden, het wel voor zich spreekt dat daarin enige indicatie verwerkt wordt van de personen of groepen waarop die tijden betrekking hebben. Ik vind het dus niet zo'n ramp. Volgens mij gaat het voornamelijk om de tijden.
Dat valt wel onder de omschrijving, maar is pas de helft van het verhaal. Ik mis nog steeds het onderdeel "... binnen de onderneming aanwezige functies en het daarbij begrote personeelsbestand". Dat onderdeel gaat m.i. over de benodigde hoeveelheid werknemers die ingezet zou moeten worden voor de diverse functies. Vraag: Houdt de voorbeeld-arbeidslijst direct verband met het te vertalen stuk?
Judging the description and the example "arbeidslijst" the focus is neither on persons nor on specific jobs that have to be carried out. It is about a listing of organizational functions (no persons are mentioned), the estimated required manpower for those functions, and the company's policy on working times/hours and breaks. No person like Peter or John or Mary will be able to see when he/she will have to be on duty or not. It is about an organizational chart and a statement of policy!

"Personnel Deployment Chart" is, indeed, a prettier way of saying the same thing. It probably heads such a chart somewhere in an airport. But "work roster" is, for sure, more democratic, being used by such companies as taxi, IT, hospitals, etc.
A KudoZ decision should not by definition be based on the democratic principle of a majority vote. The description of 'arbeidslijst' provided by you exceeds the concept of 'werkrooster' (work roster)!
