Dutch term or phrase: uitnodiging tot betalen/tot betaling
This is to do with a retrospective entry to record import duty that needs to be paid. I guess it is a type of invoice literally obviously invitation to pay/for payment. I am wondering if it is industry specific terminology. Context: "Over het jaar 2007 zal voor de rechten bij invoer een boeking achteraf plaatsvinden. Deze is gebaseerd op article 220, lid 1 CDW. Voor de boeking achteraf wordt een uitnodiging tot betaling verzonden." Any help gratefully received: deadline monday lunchtime!

The word 'request' is more correct than 'invitation', since it is a mandatory requirement to pay the duty.
