odwołać/anulować wzajemno¶ć (ubezpieczeń) Explanation: Anna, The insurance market in Poland is relatively new, and the language has not developed equivalents to English terms yet. That's why it is hard to replace DEMUTUALISE with just one Polish word. MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY = TOWARZYSTWO UBEZPIECZEŃ WZAJEMNYCH That's definitely the term used in Poland. However, TO DEMUTUALISE is a term I have not came accross in Polish. The expression: A MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY IS DEMUTUALISED. would (in my humble opinion) be translated: TOWARZYSTWO UBEZPIECZEŃ WZAJEMNYCH ZAPRZESTAJE WZAJEMNO¦CI UBEZPIECZEŃ. I am not an expert in insurance, but I hope my explanations help you, Anna. Cheers. own experience |

zmienic forme prawna na spolke kapitalowa Explanation: Thus: "Towarzystwo ubezpieczen wzajemnych zmienia forme prawna na spolke kapitalowa" My suggestion is based on the legal mechanics of the operation. See the following definition of "demutualisation" in the dictionary referred to below: "This occurs when a mutual company becomes a proprietary company." Dictionary of Insurance, C. Bennett |
