MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY = TOWARZYSTWO UBEZPIECZEŃ WZAJEMNYCH
That's definitely the term used in Poland. However, TO DEMUTUALISE is a term I have not came accross in Polish.

The expression:

would (in my humble opinion) be translated:
