German term or phrase: Laborantenfaktor
"Alle Versuche sollen doppelt durchgeführt werden, jedoch von verschiedenen Personen an verschiedenen Tagen (miteinbeziehen des Laborantenfaktors)." These are instructions of how to conduct a certain experiment. As even lab assistants are human, I've translated this with "human factor". Does anyone have a better idea? Thanks for your help!
