Het principe van de kostendekkende gedempte premie is dat deze dusdanig wordt vastgesteld dat deze samen met de begrote beleggingsopbrengsten alle lasten van het Pensioenfonds kan dekken en de beoogde groei van de dekkingsgraad wordt bereikt.

but I don't know if these are really reliable.

The DNB use "cost-effective cushioned premium". I always follow their lead when it comes to pensions terminology.

To be precise, DNB says you have either a kostendekkende premie or a gedempte premie, both of which fulfil the same purpose, but are based on a different set of variables. So in English it should be either a "cost-effective premium" or a "cushioned premium".
