You don't give us enough context to work on, but I'd be very wary here!

Although the suggestions here may correspond to one of the common meanings of 'run-out', it's important to know that specifically in the context of vehicle geometry / wheels / tyres, 'run-out' can have another quite different meaning, to do with the wheels not running true in a longitudinal sense, leading to things like tyre scrubbing etc.

As far as I am aware, from work I have done for a major manufacturer in the vehicle geometry field, the term in this instance is 'ripage' as I've suggested above.

Je ne pense pas que 'excentricité' soit un défaut voulu car on parle de problèmes d'excentricité sur le Web. Si on parle de problèmes de..., ça me semble négatif et non voulu...
