Spanish term or phrase: a pie de calle

I guess it means that this is the first "domestic" flight simulator, but I don't think that this is the correct term, as this simulator is going to be found in video arcades, shopping centres... Any ideas?

patinba: I don't think this is a matter of proximity, but rather that is is available to everyone not just airline pilots. There is only one, and it has appeared in one particular city, so unless you live there it is not on your doorstep.
