Buenos días,

Estoy confundido en cuanto al término “Obra” y “trabajos” al inglés. He encontrado a ambos como “work”. Me gustaría saber cómo diferenciarlos en el texto que corresponde a un contrato de subcontratación para la construcción de una carretera. Muchas gracias:

“Obligaciones del Subcontratista:

- Contratar una póliza de seguro (responsabilidad civil) que cubra cualquier daño que los TRABAJOS puedan causar, directa o indirectamente a la OBRA, al Consorcio, al Proppietario o a terceros o a sus bienes (incluyendo responsabilidad profesional).”
