French term or phrase: paresse et gourmandise
It's talking about specific weekend that a hotel is offering.
First of all it says, "Paresse et Gourmandise" au menu de la 2eme vague presse", then it says, "la campagne presse se poursuit sur le thème de l'humour et du décalage avec "Les Week-ends Paresse et Gourmandise"."

Somehow the words 'Laziness and Greed" don't seem quite right! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

agree  David Kiltz: a good, p.c. wording. I think, however, it waters the original humour and intention.

Loafing and gluttony

Explanation:
As the text speaks explicitely of 'décalage and humeur' I think 'laziness and greed' is what it says. The pejorative terms have been deliberately chosen to replace, let's say 'leisure and delikatessen' aut sim.
My answer is, of course, just one possible rendering.
