neutral  Ellen Kraus: der Haken ist nur, dass dieses Wort im Deutschen eigentlich nicht existent ist. bei Google gibt es ganze 4 oder 5 Treffer. Besser wäre vielleicht "das Fehlen eines spezifischen Rechtschutzes"

disagree  Toni Castano: "Wehrlosigkeit" könnte gehen, aber zu ungenau in diesem Kontext. "Rechtlosigkeit" ist voll daneben.

agree  Katja Schoone: Nein, das ist hier sicher nicht gemeint. Dazuhin, gib mal Rechtsschutzlosigkeit mit Fugen-s ein, dann wirst du auch deutlich mehr Treffer als 5 erzielen.
