Merci à tous.
Notes to answerer

neutral  Tony M: I don't believe that's what 'consistent' means here; it is the idea of 'regular' or 'repeatable'. In the sense of 'cohérent', 'consistent' often collocates 'with'

a consistent test sample
échantillon d'étalonnage de concentration constante

Explanation:
as a consistent test sample of known concentration
=

In other words what's measured will for sure always be the same, so any deviation from the expected reading will be due to the wrong calibration of the measuring device / the test apparatus.

This "Coagulation Control" is a kind of reference / calibration / benchmark sample used for testing the measuring device, so the measured characteristics of the sample should be known in advance and always of the same value (ST: consistent)
The consistence is a characteristic of this test sample

it's comparable to a "poids d'étalonnage" its weight is known in advance and is always the same.
