hiérarchique qui reçoit


Explanation:
Classique en cas d'expatriation : il s'agit du responsable hiérarchique dont dépendra la personne durant cette mission (en détachement, donc).
Et de l'autre côté, c'est le hiérarchique cédant.
Pour le terme, "hiérarchique", "manager" ou autre, ça dépend des usages de l'entreprise, donc demander au client.
Il y avait peut-être une autre expression que "qui reçoit", mais je ne la retrouve plus. Et tout cas, l'idée est là. Rien à voir avec la réception, le service des livraisons, etc. !
