Risk settlement determined by the government Explanation: "door de overheid vastgestelde wijze van verrekenen van bepaalde materiaal- en loonkosten na een vooraf bepaalde datum. Risicoverrekening is in de model koop-/aannemings-overeenkomst uitgesloten" (zie link), dus ik betwijfel of hier een bepaalde term in het Engels voor bestaat.
