Verriegelung in standardisation speak is "interlock/ing". This is about the safety of workers. I give it CL 5 (usually I give CL 3) but I am 100% sure.

Falls es sich wirklich um Tritte handelt.

Ich musste vor einiger Zeit auch Teigteil- und andere Bäckereimaschinen auf sicherheitstechnische Aspekte prüfen, ich müsste aber erst in meinen Unterlagen nachsehen, ob 'Auftritt' noch für andere Teile verwendet wird.
