interlocking (of) the platform Explanation: no, it's the Auftritt. I've covered the CEN groups standardising the bakery machines for years. This is a Teigteilmaschine (dough dividing machine). It has a platform, and Trichter is the hopper. Verriegelung in standardisation speak is "interlock/ing". This is about the safety of workers. I give it CL 5 (usually I give CL 3) but I am 100% sure. |

Interlocking of the step Explanation: Falls es sich wirklich um Tritte handelt. Ich musste vor einiger Zeit auch Teigteil- und andere Bäckereimaschinen auf sicherheitstechnische Aspekte prüfen, ich müsste aber erst in meinen Unterlagen nachsehen, ob 'Auftritt' noch für andere Teile verwendet wird. |
