If any machine breaks down or suffers a defect through proper ordinary usage or fair wear and tear or the development of an inherent fault or a fault not ascertainable by reasonable examination by the Hirer in accordance with Clause 9 Propriétaire shall choose either:
(a) to repair it at Propriétaire's expense and with the least reasonably practicable delay.
