Comment traduiriez vous cela en français ?
Le personnage (documentaire) qui s'exprime suit des cours d'acupuncture et explique qu'il part faire un stage pratique d'une dizaine de jours en Chine. Il dit "I'll be going to China because I'm doing part of my schooling there. It's going to increase my education, my knowledge, my history" . Ma question porte sur la dernière partie de la dernière phrase. J'ai l'impression que "history" est un faux ami ici et qu'il ne conviendrait pas de le traduire par "histoire" ("cela va enrichir mon histoire" ? Il me semble que ça sonne bizarre en français) qu'en pensez vous ? Et par quoi vaudrait il mieux traduire ce "history" ? "Parcours"? Mais ce n'est pas tout à fait ça non plus. Merci pour vos idées !
