"Tenant shall do all things necessary to prevent the filing of any mechanic's or other lien against the Demised Premises or any other portion of the Commercial Unit or the interest of Landlord or any Superior Lessor or Superior Mortgagee by reason of any work, labor, services or materials performed or supplied or claimed to have been performed for or supplied to Tenant, or anyone holding the Demised Premises, or any part thereof, through or under Tenant".
