Hi,

I am looking for the industry-accepted translation of this term.
It is defined as: 'Remote interactions are one-to-one discussions between a sales representative and a customer, performed through a phone and secure web platform.'

I see what it is but I am looking for the right term, used by people who work in the field. I am dubious about 'interaction à distance' as it does not give any promising link on Google, for example.

I believe so as the word"interaction" may refer to different walks of life:people,environment,work area which means that humans interact with many things surrounding their whole life.

Asker: Hi Roula, Thank you for the link. I use Linguee as well. I am looking for a reassurance (if this is the right translation) that this is used in a technical environment. So I am looking for a reference or link to a technical text.

On peut éviter l'anglicisme du sens "interaction" qui a un sens plus physique qu'un français n'emploierait pas spontanément dans ce sens

La phrase considère qu'ils s'agit d'une discussion, pour faire plus général le terme de "contact" est couramment utilisé en gestion de la relation clientèle (GRC ou CRM en anglais)

La deuxième référence est du Ministère du travail, elle peut passer pour officielle
