Asker, the term 'wall power supply' is rather unusual and potentially ambiguous.
It might refer to some kind of power supply unit that is for some reason wall-mounted. This would generally be a relatively unusual cofiguration.
Otherwise, it might refer to the power outlet socket mounted in the wall — this would be a very typical situation, but then the use of the terminology is slightly unusual. In addition, it is not entirely clear why a wall-mounted power socket might get wet — and if it did, it would likely blow the protetctice device long before any appliance got plugged in.
