Upon your inquiry, I did some research. I translated it as "Stab cell [granulocytes]" in my translation. However, after searching google today, I see that "Neutrophilic band" is a synonym for it. Congrats. :)

Ich habe nur 2 Abkuerzungen fuer Stab gefunden, Stabilitaet und Standardabweichung. Nachdem ein Prozentsatz hinter der Abkuerzung steht, vermute ich, dass es eine Standardabweichung von 3 - 5% sein koennte.
