Speaking about its strategy, XX has worked out a plan which includes : Step 1 "Increase organic value creation of exhibitions".
The plan consists mainly on using the Web for having an online store, online advertising, customisable selfies, WebTv sponsoring and so on...It is all about using the internet to increase its revenue..
Is there a specific term in the marketing field for that ?

It is rather difficult to grasp this without including the whole phrase. And I also feel that "increase" and "creation" must absolutely be considered.
And that is why I disagree with 'dynamique" and "optimisation" which do not fit in properly here, in my opinion.

Asker: ça c'est pas mal du tout..désolée mais j'ai vraiment cru qu'il s'agissait "d'organic value". Le fait d'utiliser ttes les ressources web est effectivement dynamique par rapport à l'existant..

the context given is quite limited, but is at least enough to see that "organic" is extremely unlikely to have anything to do with "organic food"/"produits bio", especially once you get the parsing right:

Increase + [organic [value creation]] + of exhibitions
=
increase the "organic" value creation derived from/obtained through exhibitions

IOW this "value creation" (="increased sales" when translated from "marketing speak") should be the result obtained through these exhibitions, should be "organic" in the sense of being a direct result of these exhibitions - the result of internal efforts, not of some other/external marketing campaign.

I would be tempted to simply use "organique" as this is a perfect parallel with "croissance organique" d'une entreprise as opposed to "croissance par acquisitions et fusions"
