Found: Cavitation du bouchon - Dû au nombre de ponctions au niveau de la fiole. Je souhaite seulement vérifier la véracité de ma recherche.

Par ailleurs, plus loin, il est dit - Coring is a complexe phenomenon - et on en explique les raisons liées à la technique de ponction. Dans ce cas, il me semble que coring traduit en cavitation n'est pas le terme juste.

Carottage n'est pas une acception dans la terminologie médicale. Les dictionnaires de langue usuelle ou de données terminologiques n'offrent rien. Je ne sais pas ce que signifie "carottage" en Canadien, mais en FR c'est plus du domaine de la géologie. Raison pour laquelle une explication "in extenso" comme celle de Manu me semble plus opportune. Mais reste à voir le pb de la "localization" du texte en effet.

C'est un texte pour le Canada! Eh! Oui, il faut toujours conserver ce doute. C'est pourquoi, je voulais confirmer mes recherches à savoir si d'autres termes étaient utilisés. Il existe très peu de documentation à ce sujet. Je suis entrain de questionner les sites des compagnies pharmaceutiques. Les professionnels de la santé qui effectuent des perfusions, des ponctions peuvent faire face à ce problème. Parmi les pharmaceutiques si je peux me permettre: Roche, Fresenius Kabi (PPC), Ampak et Diamond Int'l, ces deux derniers étant dans la fourniture de matériel de labo. Comme vous voyez ma recherche se poursuit jusqu'à l'échance!

I queried the GDT with "cavitation" keeping medecine as a filter and we get (art dentaire) : évolution en profondeur, espace anormal wich would bring us closer to "cavitation". Nous devons tenir compte des co-textes également. Thank you much for your help.
