I think I've also seen "pupillary light response".

You will probably also find "photoreaction", but I have my doubts about this word. It's probably used in English in totally different contexts.

Of course, it could be "pupillary light reflex" - though I don't find this term, but only "pupillary reflex" (a broader term) in Dorland.
