Après avoir lu une autre question, je pense qu'il pourrait être plus pertinent d'utiliser "...le résidu (ci-après le "reliquat de ma succession") conformément..." (je trouve "mon patrimoine résiduel" un peu bizarre une fois inséré dans une phrase, mais c'est peut-être une simple question d'habitude...)
